1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Intelligence Data Tracking System (IDTS), you confirm that you are an authorized user who has been granted access by your organization, and you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not access the system.

2 Authorized Use

IDTS is a restricted, access-controlled intelligence platform. You agree to:

• Use the system only for legitimate, authorized intelligence operations within the scope of your designated role.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and never share them with any other person.
• Report any suspected unauthorized access or security incidents immediately to the system administrator.
• Access only the records and modules you are explicitly authorized to use.

3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Accessing, modifying, or deleting records beyond your authorized scope.
• Extracting, copying, or distributing data from IDTS to unauthorized parties or external systems.
• Attempting to bypass security controls, escalate privileges, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Using IDTS data for personal gain, harassment, discrimination, or any unlawful purpose.
• Uploading malicious files, scripts, or content that could compromise system integrity.

4 Data Entry & Accuracy

• Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data they enter into the system.
• Once a record is submitted and approved by a Data Manager, it becomes read-only and cannot be modified without administrative override.
• Draft entries are auto-saved to the user's browser cache and can be resumed after interruptions.
• Uploaded documents undergo automated OCR processing; users must verify extracted data for accuracy.

5 Intellectual Property

The IDTS platform, including its source code, design, architecture, brand assets, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of Technoration Limited. No part of the system may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, or redistributed without prior written authorization.

6 System Availability

Technoration Limited endeavors to maintain 99.9% system uptime. However, we reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, apply security patches, or temporarily restrict access during emergencies. Users will be notified of planned downtime when possible.

7 Audit & Monitoring

All user activities within IDTS are logged and monitored, including login attempts, record access, data modifications, file uploads, and search queries. These logs are maintained for compliance, security review, and accountability purposes. By using the system, you consent to this monitoring.

8 Limitation of Liability

Technoration Limited provides IDTS on an "as-is" basis. While we implement industry-standard security measures, we are not liable for data loss caused by force majeure events, hardware failures beyond our control, or misuse by authorized users. Maximum liability is limited to the service fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9 Termination

Access to IDTS may be terminated or suspended at any time by the system administrator or Technoration Limited in cases of terms violation, organizational deauthorization, or security concerns. Upon termination, the user's active sessions are immediately revoked and account access is permanently disabled.

10 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of IDTS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

11 Amendments

Technoration Limited reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of IDTS following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
